Bouldering

Bouldering describes climbing without being belayed, while not exceeding a certain hight. About 100 years ago climbers went to Fontainebleau to boulder on big and small rocks to practice for bigwalls in the alps. Nowadays bouldering is its own part of climbing and lots of climbers do nothing but bouldering.

Our diversified bouldering modules allow a great variety of moves. They are the core for ambitious and successful training. We offer basic shapes but also a superior diamond shape system to satisfy your requests. Based on our philosophy we built the bouldering areas in the DAV-Kletterzentrums Wuppertal as well as the Citymonkey, the first bouldering center in Germany.

Bouldering areas for schools

Bouldering is not only getting more important in recreational sports but also in physical education classes and on the schoolyard.

Being close to the ground gives the possibility of an intensive communication between teacher and student. Lots of kids and youths can climb at the same time and fun games are easy to realize.

We would like to create and realize an indoor- or outdoor bouldering module that matches the needs of you and your students.
