You are at least 13 years old and know that climbing is your sport? You20are at the right place! It doesn't matter if you just started or would like to go to competitions. Everyone is trained individually but all are training together. That's why climbing is a great sport where you will find friends easily and quickly!

Mondays from 6 to 8pm with Friederike and Rijan

EICHHÖRNCHEN
Our squirrel group is for kids from 8 to 12.

Aim of the course is to show kids, who have an interest in climbing, to safely belay others, tie knots and also practice climbing techniques. Starting off with warm up games and bouldering, and moving on to climbing in the Top Rope or leading area the sessions offer everything our young climbers need to sharpen senses, improve concentration and become a ood climber. Kids can achieve the badges Bronze-, Silver- and Gold-Squirrel!

Wednesdays 4-6 pm with Jana and Andrea D.
Fridays 5-7 pm (advanced juniors) with Frederike and Julius

MINI-EICHHÖRNCHEN
Our little squirrels are the stars for the future of the furture! The program is especially set for kids of the age between five and seven years. The "Minis" learn in a playful and safe environment to use their physical abilities, develop self confidence and learn to cooperate with others. During one part of each session instructors belay the kids in the Top Rope area and the kids will see the world from a different pont of view.
Our little ones can earn the Mini-Squirrrel badge during class.

Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:30 with Daniel and Anja
